When it came out it was very much well done, completely brown throughout. Sent it back as politely as I could, ordered rare again, and got a steak that was on the well side of medium-well. I'm sure some things on the menu are great, but I'd skip the New York Strip, Ribeye and Filet.January 12, 2017
